Since the beginning of the 21st century, educational environments have been undergoing rapid change, fueled by technological advances and complex social issues. At the heart of this transformation, educational leaders play an essential role. These educational leaders, like practitioners and researchers in the field of educational management, must navigate between governance change, results-based management and innovation.
Today's managers need a clear vision and an innovative strategy to anticipate educational developments and meet societal needs. Effective leadership is crucial to creating an environment conducive to success, fostering creativity and innovation!
In addition, it's important to mention that the educational field is becoming increasingly complex, encompassing diverse pedagogical approaches and accountability challenges. Leaders need to promote a culture of continuous learning, and turn challenges such as results-based management and technology integration into opportunities for improvement. More specifically, leaders need to be, among other things, technological visionaries, integrating digital tools, while valuing interactions
human.
Finally, it is important for educational institutions to work with a variety of partners to adapt educational programs to the key competencies of the future. In short, school managers are catalysts for educational progress, playing a fundamental role in the ongoing transformation of education - provincially, nationally and globally!
