Although this book is about management, it's not really about management. Rather, it is about management, but not in the sense generally accepted by business schools:

Far removed from all certainties and detailed plans, managemental explores groups from the perspective of the links forged between human beings in their day-to-day interactions. In fact, it's shared behaviors and values that are the real drivers of collective development.
