An entrepreneur, visionary, and astute strategist in corporate governance and personal and professional development, Benoît Godbout is constantly striving for improvement. Creative and forward-thinking, a certified Agility expert, project management specialist, and NLP Master, ideas flow freely within his areas of expertise, hinting at many more projects to come. Notably, in 1998, Benoît co-founded Groupe SIRIUS, a company specializing in project management that now operates internationally across all sectors of the economy (engineering, information technology, public safety, government agencies, etc.). Until recently, the entrepreneur led a team of more than 150 people, composed of professionals in project management and business intelligence. Nevertheless, Benoît chose to pass the torch to his successor to co-found a collective of experts with Agilience, in order to devote himself to his new passion: supporting SME leaders in their technology transformation and modernization projects. This role allows him to leverage his solid expertise in agility and management to boost the productivity of Quebec’s SMEs.
