Flag soccer

In Quebec, flag soccer is primarily a non-contact team sport, distinguished from other disciplines by its strategic nature, similar to conventional contact soccer. The advantages of playing this non-contact discipline are numerous: lower risk of serious injury, less equipment required, game focused on speed and agility, etc. It can easily be played on smaller surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
