Co-development teams are made up of six to ten members who share three roles: "client", "facilitator" and "consultants". During the workshop, led by the facilitator, the consultants use their personal knowledge and experience to help the client resolve a project, problem or concern (PPP) that he or she has previously identified in relation to the course or training content.
Using co-development has advantages for both trainers and learners:
This guide provides everything trainers and learners need to quickly get to grips with the approach, apply it effectively in the classroom or on the job, and thus promote learning, whatever the subject.
With over 15 years' experience in consulting, Corinne Prost is a specialist in talent development. Since 2008, in her private practice (Cap formation et développement), she has been helping executives, managers and teams to develop their skills and careers. For the past 10 years, Corinne Prost has been a lecturer in Organizational Behavior at HEC Montréal, where she teaches in a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs on subjects including human behavior at work, change leadership, managing one's professional life, emotional intelligence, conflict management and work teams. She is also a trainer at HEC Montréal's École des dirigeants.
A full professor at HEC Montréal, Sylvie St-Onge holds a doctorate in organizational behavior and industrial relations from the Schulich School of Business at York University (Toronto, Canada). She is the author or co-author of four other books published by Chenelière éducation, three of which received an award from the Quebec Minister of Education: Gestion de la rémunération (2014, 3rd edition), Relever les défis de la gestion des ressources humaines (2017, 5th edition), Gestion de la performance (2012) and Habiletés de supervision (2009). She also leads or co-leads groups on Career Management, Managing Your Professional Life and Performance Management.
