Michael Fenn served as City Manager in Burlington and Hamilton. He then served as Ontario's Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing. He now works mainly as a consultant, and his involvement in the municipal sector has been recognized with many well-deserved public awards.
Pierre Prévost is an economist specializing in public finance and municipal governance. He has long worked as a manager and consultant in this field. Now an associate professor at UQAM, he teaches in various programs and has published several books and articles on Quebec's municipal system.
Sébastien Roy represents the new generation of municipal CEOs in Quebec. An economist by profession, he already has some 15 years' experience in this position, where he has overseen numerous projects focusing on sustainable development. He is also a recognized specialist among his peers in municipal taxation and economic development.
