The author, Jean-Marc Legentil, MBA, has been a consultant in continuous improvement and productivity for over 20 years. He previously spent 14 years in management at Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories and Carrier. He teaches at HEC Montréal, ÉTS and CIREM, and lectures nationally and internationally on the subjects of Lean, Kaizen, Six-Sigma and operational strategy.
