The Super l’Écureuil program is designed for professionals who work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety. It offers practical tools and techniques based on cognitive-behavioral therapy. Each module presents an intervention strategy (emotional expression training, relaxation, problem-solving, cognitive restructuring, exposure, etc.). Visual aids and worksheets help young people fully understand the strategies presented and put them into practice.
