Sofiane Baba is Professor of Strategic Management at the School of Management, Université de Sherbrooke. He has published numerous articles and book chapters on strategic management, socially responsible management and the dynamics of social and institutional change. He holds a master's degree in management-strategy and a doctorate in organizational theory and strategy from HEC Montréal.
