Rosabel Francisca Medina Sarmiento is Professor of Law at the University of Holguín (Cuba). She holds a master's degree in social sciences and axiology from the University of Holguín (2021) and a diploma in mediation and restorative justice from the Universidad Vizcaya de Las Américas (Mexico, 2021). She represents Cuba at the International Forum of Professional Mediators of the University of Seville and at the Community of Mediation and Restorative Justice Specialists CEMAJUR-KIDS. A researcher on issues related to the gender perspective in criminal law, sociocybernetics and mediation, she has published several works in journals and books.
