Kamel Béji is a full professor in the Faculty of Social Sciences at Université Laval. He is also the holder of the Research Chair on Integration and Management of Diversity in Employment (CRIDE). His research focuses on the career paths of immigrants in Quebec and Canada, and on the implementation of inclusive practices in organizations. Since April 2023, Kamel Béji has been Assistant to the Vice-Rector, International Affairs and Sustainable Development, and Director of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Office at Université Laval.
