With a degree in economics and statistics from the University of Yaoundé (Cameroon), Mr. Jean-Marie Louis Badga is a specialist in project analysis and evaluation with a diploma from the Institut Sous-régional Multisectoriel de Technologie Appliquée de Planification et d'Évaluation de projet (ISTA). He has a rich professional career spanning over 35 years dedicated to promoting the Cameroonian economy. Since 2015, he has held the position of Managing Director of Cameroon's SME Promotion Agency (APME). An expert in SME creation and development, Mr. BADGA has held the positions of Deputy Director and Director of SMEs at the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts (MINPMEESA).
