Jean-Marie Bourjolly
Jean-Marie Bourjolly studied at Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, the University of Montreal, and the University of Waterloo in Ontario, where he earned a Ph.D. in combinatorial optimization. He is a full professor of logistics at the School of Management Sciences at the Université du Québec à Montréal. His research focuses on combinatorial optimization and its applications. In 2001, he was a co-recipient of the Canadian Operations Research Society’s First Prize for his work in telecommunications. He served on the board of directors of the Interim Commission for the Reconstruction of Haiti, which was co-chaired from April 2010 to October 2011 by Haitian Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive and former U.S. President Bill Clinton.
