Daphney St-Germain
Daphney St-Germain is a nurse, director of master’s programs, and full professor in the Faculty of Nursing at Laval University (Quebec, Canada) and has held these positions for nearly 20 years. She holds a Ph.D. in public health, with a specialization in health care organization. Her research and teaching expertise has always focused on quality of care, physical rehabilitation, and patient safety within a humanistic, systemic approach to caring. Professor St-Germain is also a recognized trainer and guest lecturer in Switzerland and France.
