With over 15 years' experience in consulting, Corinne Prost is a specialist in talent development. Since 2008, in her private practice (Cap formation et développement), she has been helping executives, managers and teams to develop their skills and careers. For the past 10 years, Corinne Prost has been a lecturer in Organizational Behavior at HEC Montréal, where she teaches in a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs on subjects including human behavior at work, change leadership, managing one's professional life, emotional intelligence, conflict management and work teams. She is also a trainer at HEC Montréal's École des dirigeants.
