Foreword by Claude Champagne
Afterword by Estelle M. Morin
The co-development group is a unique training and learning method co-founded by Adrien Payette and Claude Champagne (1997). It is based on a structured approach in which a small group of people (4 to 8) meet on a regular basis. In turn, each person presents a topic that provides an opportunity to reflect on their practice, to learn and to help each other to act better individually and collectively.
To mark its 10th anniversary, the Association québécoise du codéveloppement professionnel (AQCP) has invited 40 co-developers and researchers to share their experiences and thoughts on the practice of co-development.
This book will be of interest to readers wishing to reflect on the practice of codevelopment, as facilitators, human resources development managers, executives or participants. It explores a number of themes, such as the role of facilitator, peer learning, distance co-development, ethical considerations and the promotion of this method... All the contributions are intended as windows onto the various dimensions inherent in the practice of co-development.
