A distinctive feature of this manual is the chapter-by-chapter presentation of the different types of components making up a hydraulic system and their representations. References are made to various manufacturers, providing a comprehensive overview of the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a technician's training manual, it covers the concepts of pressure drop, which provide a good understanding of circuit behavior, as well as component selection. Attention is paid to the different mounting technologies, whether in-line, sandwich or in machined blocks as required. The manual also presents the different types of hydraulic fittings used in the industry for assembly to American and European standards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A chapter is devoted to proportional hydraulics and the sizing of components to achieve a satisfactory control signal.
