Known as \"corporate social responsibility\", then integrated as \"extra-financial risk\", this concept has been the subject of a great deal of research in various fields of management: human resources, accounting, finance, governance and so on. The vast majority of these studies have been carried out in developed countries.<\/p>\n<p>This book is a compendium of research carried out in French-speaking emerging countries. Beginning with a theoretical contextualization written by practitioners recognized for their contribution to the advancement and acceptance of CSR worldwide, and by pioneering practitioners in the field, this collective presents studies and reflections on the Moroccan, Tunisian, Algerian and Nigerian markets.
