However, this book AIMS TO BE: a book that integrates drinking with eating to savor life and age healthily; a cookbook for jotting down or sketching your own \u00bbrecipes\u00ab; a collection of 2D and 3D conceptualizations to visualize knowledge; a collection of short videos to watch that help you connect with reality; a transdisciplinary innovation that brings together expertise and experiences from some twenty disciplines; a reflection on transdisciplinary food health grounded in evidence and best practices; and a pantry of ideas to digest as you seek your own dietary balance. In short, this \u00bbwhite paper\u00ab is the work of a serious team that doesn\u2019t take itself too seriously, so that you, dear readers, can leave your mark on it.<\/p>\n<p><em>About the authors. This dynamic and synergistic trio is expert in health, food, and drink\u2014in research, clinical practice, and sommelier work. All three authors are members of the Loricorps research unit, affiliated with the Research Center of the Montreal University Institute of Mental Health and the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivi\u00e8res;
