As such, this book brings together original contributions from 17 scholars and practitioners who analyze the profound impacts of this major historical event on various workplaces, with the aim of better understanding how organizations have navigated this tumultuous period and how they have managed the transition to a new post-pandemic normal.<\/p>\n<p>This anthology thus offers an in-depth examination of new models of work organization and their implications, particularly with regard to psychological well-being in the workplace, governance structures, and management practices implemented to bring about these changes\u2014whether they represent a gradual evolution or a complete break with the past.<\/p>\n<p>This book thus examines the changes that have taken place in a variety of sectors, including federal and provincial governments, the social and health care systems in Quebec and France, the financial sector, and the restaurant industry, among others.
