In a way, it's the hard way of life in the field, and there are few sources of academic reflection to support the development of municipal DGs in their role. With this adaptation of \u00abThe Role of Canadian City Managers: In Their Own Words\u00bb, published in 2023 by the University of Toronto Press, Pierre Pr\u00e9vost and S\u00e9bastien Roy open the door to valuable experience and advice on municipal management.
