Oulma Maalouf
Oulma Maalouf holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Université de Montréal. Her doctoral dissertation addresses the impact of sexual abuse on the development of long-term physical and mental problems. She completed a one-year internship at the Centre jeunesse de Montréal, working with children and adolescents who have experienced abuse. Since graduating, she has worked as a psychologist in private practice at L'espace, clinique de psychologie, where she focuses on helping young people and their families who are experiencing difficulties that have an impact on their day-to-day functioning and their interpersonal or family relationships. Her clinical experience has enabled her to develop an expertise in working with young people who have experienced difficult life events, and her warm approach enables her to establish a climate of trust with her clients.
