Olivier Choinière
Olivier Choinière, Ph.D., holds a doctorate in public administration from the University of Ottawa and is PRINCE2-certified in project management. He is an associate professor of project management at the Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) and a research fellow at the University of Ottawa’s Centre for Governance Studies and the CDA Institute. His research focuses on three main areas: the future of work in the public sector, new approaches to project management, and the governance of military and public infrastructure projects. Before becoming a professor, Olivier worked as a consultant on numerous national and international public projects and held a senior management position with the Government of Canada.
