Mélanie Gagnon is Vice-Rector for Planning and Partnerships at the Université du Québec à Rimouski and chair of UQAR’s Institutional Committee on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. She was a professor of management sciences at UQAR from 2004 to 2020. Her research focuses on equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as organizational practices designed to support more vulnerable employees. She was a co-recipient of the Alcide C. Horth Award in 2019 for excellence in her research.
