Marc Julien
Marc Julien, Eng. is a professor in the Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Maintenance Techniques Department at CÉGEP du Vieux Montréal. He obtained his degree in mechanical engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1991, and then began his career in the private sector in the mechanical design of industrial equipment. The equipment manufactured by his employers uses various cutting-edge technologies (including hydraulics, of course) and is exported mainly to the United States and Europe. In 2009, he became a professor at CÉGEP du Vieux Montréal, specializing in mechanical design and hydraulics. He keeps in touch with the private sector through his close contacts. As an author, he has previously written two technical manuals related to performance automobiles: «Performance à 4 temps» and «Tenue de Performance».
