Laurent Bibard, philosopher, has been a professor at ESSEC Business School since 1991. He is also a consultant to companies and public institutions on issues of change management, ethics and decision-making in a context of uncertainty. He has published numerous works, including Terrorisme et féminisme and Complexité et organisations: Faire face aux défis de demain (with Edgar Morin). He is a regular speaker in France and abroad, sharing his work on complexity and management philosophy.
