Johanne Picard
Johanne Picard worked for fourteen years in the healthcare sector as a hospital nurse. She also studied guidance and counseling at Université Laval's Faculty of Education. With a master's degree in guidance sciences, she worked part-time for several years with the CFC Group, within the CFC soutien administratif subsidiary, as a training and organizational development consultant, while lecturing at Université Laval. nA guidance consultant and lecturer at Université Laval since 1988, Johanne Picard currently teaches in the Department of Foundations and Practices in Education. She is particularly interested in the psychosocial approach to human problems, and provides training based on this theoretical framework. For the past fifteen years, she has devoted herself almost exclusively to psychosocial supervision of master's degree courses in strategic interactionist guidance.
