Hugo Rangel Torrijo
Hugo Rangel Torrijo is associate professor at UQAM and professor-researcher at the University of Guadalajara. He completed a Ph.D. in education and a master's degree in sociology at the Université de Montréal. He also studied culture and values in education at McGill University and did a post-doctorate on issues of diversity and education at UQAM. He recently wrote a book on university evaluation and another on democracy. His studies also focus on citizenship, migration and recognition. He has also conducted international research on education in prisons.
