Throughout his three-pronged career as a business executive (at both large and medium-sized companies), an interministerial delegate, and an adjunct university professor, the author has written or co-authored some thirty books on the evolution of organizations and management, including *Confiance, A Guide to Trust and, with Jean Luc Fallou, *Trust in Practice*.
