François Cooren (Ph.D., Université de Montréal) is a professor in the Department of Communication at the Université de Montréal. Author of numerous books and articles, he is one of the leading exponents of the Montreal School of Organizational Communication, an internationally recognized approach that places communication at the very heart of organizational processes.
