France Bergeron, BTh, MSc (Organizational Management and Development) is internationally recognized in the field of Lean. She has supported numerous organizations in their Lean initiatives. As a federal public servant for over 20 years, she was one of the first in the Canadian public service to launch an organization-wide Lean initiative.
