Éliane Le Jeune-Bézard first taught philosophy in high school, then became a clinical psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist after university and psychoanalytic training. She practiced in a day hospital for autistic and psychotic children and adolescents for 17 years, and then directed, within the company Plénitudes Prospective et Management, the development of specific personalized coaching programs for managers, executives and staff with a view to promoting their capacities for leadership, emotional intelligence and empowerment, both as individuals and as members of teams. She is currently co-director of the Scientific Committee of the International Network for Innovation and Foresight.
