Catherine Le Capitaine is a full professor of industrial relations at Université Laval in Quebec City. She is the recipient of a teaching excellence award from Laval University's Faculty of Social Sciences. Through her career in research and her teaching of thousands of students, she is committed to raising awareness among future generations about well-being in and outside the workplace, and to raising the voice of women to contribute, in her own way, to a better world.
