Catherine Beaudry is a professor of human resources management at the Université du Québec à Rimouski and holds a Ph.D. in industrial relations from Laval University. Her research interests focus on management practices aimed at retaining and attracting staff, as well as supporting employees facing difficulties. She was a co-recipient of the Alcide C. Horth Award in 2019 for the excellence of her research.
